تعلن شركة مقاولات رائدة مقرها جدة عن حاجتها إلى تعيين:
📌 *Commercial QS Engineer محترف*
🔹 المتطلبات الأساسية:
خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في شركات المقاولات (شرط أساسي)
خبرة قوية في الأعمال التجارية والعقود والمطالبات (Claims)
خبرة في إعداد ومراجعة المستخلصات، التكاليف، والتسعير
إجادة قراءة وتحليل العقود (FIDIC) والمواصفات الفنية
إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office خاصة (Excel – Word)
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط واتخاذ قرارات دقيقة
🔹 شروط إضافية هامة:
إجادة التحدث والكتابة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شرط أساسي)
مهارات تفاوض وتواصل قوية
يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من سكان مدينة جدة
🔹 يفضل:
خبرة في Cost Control & Budgeting
استخدام برامج مثل Primavera / ERP Systems
خبرة في إدارة المطالبات وتسوية النزاعات
🔹 المهام الوظيفية:
إدارة جميع الجوانب التجارية والتعاقدية للمشاريع
مراجعة وتحليل العقود (مثل FIDIC) وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة
إعداد ومتابعة المستخلصات الدورية والختامية
إعداد ومراجعة المستخلصات مع المالك ومقاولي الباطن
إدارة التغييرات (Variations) والمطالبات (Claims) بكفاءة
التفاوض مع العملاء والمقاولين والموردين
إعداد التكلفة التقديرية والميزانيات للمشاريع
متابعة التكاليف الفعلية مقابل الميزانية
تطبيق أنظمة التحكم في التكاليف (Cost Control) وإدارة التدفقات النقدية
تحليل الأداء المالي واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
إعداد ومراجعة وإدارة العقود والاتفاقيات
ضمان الالتزام بكافة الشروط التعاقدية
إدارة المطالبات الزمنية والمالية والمساهمة في حل النزاعات
إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بـ:
الحالة المالية للمشروع
التكاليف والربحية
التغيرات والمطالبات
دعم الإدارة في اتخاذ القرارات
التنسيق مع فريق المشروع، مهندسي الموقع، والإدارة المالية
تحقيق أعلى كفاءة وربحية مالية للمشروع

A leading construction company based in Jeddah is seeking to hire:
📌 *Professional Commercial QS Engineer*
🔹 Key Requirements:
7 to 10 years of experience in construction companies (mandatory)
Strong experience in commercial activities, contracts, and claims
Experience in preparing and reviewing payments, cost estimates, and pricing
Strong knowledge of contract analysis (FIDIC) and technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel – Word)
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
🔹 Additional Requirements:
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Applicants must be residents of Jeddah
🔹 Preferred:
Experience in Cost Control & Budgeting
Familiarity with Primavera / ERP Systems
Experience in claims management and dispute resolution
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
Review and analyze contracts (such as FIDIC) and identify potential risks
Prepare and follow up on interim and final payments
Prepare and review payments with the Client and subcontractors
Manage variations and claims effectively
Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
Monitor actual costs versus budget
Implement cost control systems and manage cash flow
Analyze financial performance and take corrective actions
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
Handle time and cost claims and support dispute resolution
Prepare periodic reports covering:
Project financial status
Costs and profitability
Variations and claims
Support management in decision-making
Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and finance department
Ensure achieving maximum project profitability and financial efficiency
