Megamind IT Solutions is looking for an experienced RCM Sr. Specialist to drive revenue cycle optimization and enhance financial performance through effective use of HIS systems.

This role is critical in improving billing accuracy, reducing claim denials, and ensuring seamless integration between clinical and financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue cycle performance and identify revenue leakage opportunities
- Improve billing accuracy, coding compliance, and reimbursement outcomes
- Manage and optimize HIS / EMR / EHR billing modules
- Ensure seamless integration between clinical and operational systems
- Support automation, system upgrades, and RCM initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and clinical teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- 4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Strong experience with HIS / EMR / EHR systems
- Expertise in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and claims management
- Good knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations and insurance processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills

💡 Familiarity with NPHIES and CCHI regulations is a plus
