IFM Project Manager – Saudi Nationals Only

We are seeking a Saudi national for an IFM Project Manager role, assigned to manage a multi-site corporate office facilities contract. The position is based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proven experience managing FM/IFM contracts across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of SLA & KPI performance management
- Experience leading both Technical (MEP) and Soft Services operations
- Client-facing reporting and contract governance experience
- Team leadership and manpower planning
- Strong English communication skills required

Location: Riyadh (multi-site responsibility)
