IT Support Specialist
Job responsibilities:
1- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and servers and keep them running smoothly
2- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
3- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
4- Replace parts if required
5- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
6- Recognizes problems and improve the organization security by identifying abnormalities, reporting violations and do awareness settings to users
7- Protecting emails, networks and servers from any vulnerabilities including outsider and insider
8- Prevent attackers from accessing the network/IP address
9- Meet with the requirements for our parties regarding cybersecurity
10- Provide support in ERP system
Qualification and Requirements:
1- Must be Saudi
2- Bachelor degree or diploma field required
3- Good English speak and read
4- Self motivated and team work
5- Knowledge with the technical work
6- Knowledge with network Architects
