Senior HR Transformation & Organizational Development Consultant
A Saudi-based group operating in the Cultural & Creative Industries is looking for an experienced Senior HR Transformation & Organizational Development Consultant to support the delivery of a comprehensive Group-wide HR Transformation Program.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for someone with:
12+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in HR Transformation & Organizational Development.
Proven experience in Organization Design, Job Architecture, Job Evaluation & Grading, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Talent & Succession, HR Governance, and HR Systems.
Experience delivering transformation projects from design through implementation.
Experience within a holding group or multi-company environment.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia.
Relevant experience within Cultural, Creative, Entertainment, Events, Museums, Media, Arts, or related industries is highly preferred.
SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone capable of building and implementing HR frameworks, not only providing advisory support.
