*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Engineering or related field.
- Technical knowledge in HVAC systems, power systems, water systems, firefighting systems & building management systems (BMS)
*Experience Required*
- 5-7 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Retail stores, shopping malls supermarkets or commercial buildings
- Maintenance planning management
