We Are Hiring | Chief Engineer – 5 Star Hotel (Makkah)
We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer for a prestigious 5-stars hotel in Makkah.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all hotel engineering operations, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and efficiency across all facilities and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily engineering and maintenance operations
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire & life safety systems
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to maintain operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements
• Lead and supervise the engineering team while maintaining high performance standards
• Manage energy conservation initiatives and engineering budgets
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in engineering operations, preferably within 4 or 5-star hotels
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
