We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. QS Engineer (Architectural & Civil)
Job Code: QS-AC-01
Experience: 5–7 Years
Responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs for architectural and civil works from drawings.
• Prepare and follow up on subcontractor agreements and payments.
• Review subcontractor invoices and prepare payment certificates.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding quantities and cost control.
• Support the tendering team during bidding and estimation stages.
2. MEP Foreman
Job Code: MEP-FM-02
Experience: 10–15 Years
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities on site.
• Ensure work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Report work progress and site issues to the project management team.
3. QC Engineer – Civil Works
Job Code: QC-CIV-03
Experience: 5–7 Years
Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil works.
• Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for inspections.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and records for quality control activities.
Requirements:
• Candidates must be available in KSA.
• Transferable Iqama (Transfer of Sponsorship) is required.
• Immediate joining is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in contracting companies is preferred.
