We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager (GCC Market)

**About the Role**
We are looking for a high-performing **Senior Sales / Business Development Manager** to drive new client acquisition for our digital marketing agency, with a strong focus on the **GCC market**. This role is fully revenue-driven and requires a commercially sharp professional with a proven track record in selling digital services and building long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own the full sales cycle: **lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals**
* Acquire new clients across **GCC Market**
* Identify and target high-value accounts in key sectors (e-commerce, tourism, real estate, B2B, etc.)
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Develop tailored proposals aligned with client's business objectives
* Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis for the GCC region
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in **digital marketing sales or business development**
* Strong experience working with or selling to **GCC-based clients**
* Proven track record of **closing high-ticket deals** (retainers, performance marketing, branding, etc.)
* Deep understanding of digital marketing services
* Existing network and connections in GCC is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
