We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts and attract top talent across the organization.
Salary: SAR 9,000–11,000
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Post vacancies and source candidates through various recruitment channels
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
