We are seeking an HRIS Supervisor to oversee HR systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and maintain employee records within the HRIS
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with HR procedures
• Generate HR reports and support data analysis
• Coordinate system updates and provide user support
• Work closely with HR and other departments to improve HR processes
Requirements:
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting
