We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety across our operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Monitor and control quality standards across production lines
▪️ Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
▪️ Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
▪️ Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
▪️ Lead and guide quality team members
🎓 Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality, or related field
▪️ 2–4 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
▪️ Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety systems
🏭 Requirements:
▪️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
▪️ Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
▪️ Good communication and team leadership skills
