Reconciliation Officer - ATM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Officer to join our team. The role is responsible for reconciling vault and ATM accounts, ensuring accurate financial records, and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
نبحث عن مسؤول تسويات يتمتع بالدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن تسوية حسابات الخزينة وأجهزة الصراف الآلي وضمان دقة البيانات المالية ومعالجة الفروقات بسرعة وكفاءة.
Job Purpose | الهدف من الوظيفة
Reconcile vault and ATM accounts with operational reports according to defined service standards, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
تسوية حسابات الخزائن وأجهزة الصراف الآلي مع التقارير التشغيلية وفق معايير الخدمة المحددة، مع ضمان معالجة الفروقات بشكل سريع وفعال.
Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
Vault Reconciliation | تسوية الخزائن
•Reconcile vault accounts against daily cash movements between customer vaults, company vaults, and tellers according to daily schedules.
•Ensure all balances are matched in the system with zero discrepancies.
•تسوية حسابات الخزينة مقابل حركة النقد اليومية بين خزائن العملاء وخزائن الشركة وصرافي النقد وفق الجداول اليومية.
•التأكد من مطابقة الأرصدة داخل النظام بدون أي فروقات.
ATM Reconciliation | تسوية أجهزة الصراف الآلي
•Reconcile ATM customer accounts on a daily basis.
•Investigate unmatched transactions referencing returned cash reports and ATM electronic/physical journals.
•Ensure discrepancies are analyzed and resolved promptly.
•إجراء تسويات يومية لحسابات أجهزة الصراف الآلي للعملاء.
•التحقيق في العمليات غير المطابقة بالرجوع إلى تقارير النقد المرتجع والسجلات الإلكترونية والورقية للأجهزة.
•معالجة الفروقات بشكل سريع ودقيق.
Qualifications & Experience | المؤهلات والخبرة
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in:
•Business Administration
•Accounting
•Finance or other numerical fields
•OR Diploma in:
•Administration
•Accounting
•Banking
•2–4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
•درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل) في:
•إدارة الأعمال
•المحاسبة
•المالية أو التخصصات الرقمية
•أو دبلوم في:
•الإدارة
•المحاسبة
•البنوك
•يفضل خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال مشابه.
